Website Tracking (Adobe Analytics)

  • Comprehensive tracking across Tiers 1 - 3

  • All clicks and pageviews are captured. The data displayed is all of the available data and we do not sample the results

  • Pre-oADD comparisons are available and we make every effort to ensure consistency between the legacy Dealer.com sites and new oADD sites.

    • However, due to platform discrepancies comparing date ranges spanning both websites might not always be possible.

  • Allows us to follow visitor cookies as they navigate between tiers or to different T3 sites

  • We maintain marketing channel logic for the dealer body as a whole using utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign values

    • As a result there may be discrepancies between Atlas channel logic and what you may have set up in other analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

    • We are always looking to improve our channel tracking, so reach out to your Performance Manager or start a chat with us if you have any suggestions on how to update the channels

  • Data may look different than other analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

Leads (Unite Digital)

  • Daily feed from Unite Digital, data is updated in the dashboard each day by 6am ET

  • Contains all leads, including those not submitted on an Audi website, such as 3rd party leads

  • Previous provider was Shift for legacy leads data, however all that will be migrated to Unite

  • Website Leads: A subset of all leads and contains all leads submitted on T1, T2 or T3 websites. This includes all leads with the follow Source Names:

    • Brand Websites

    • Tier II

    • Dealer Websites

    • Dealer Websites - After Sales

    • Digital Retailing

    • Digital Retailing - Online

  • Lead Submission data definition

    • T1: Any successful form submit where the form title is ‘Contact Dealer,’ ‘Contact A Dealer US’

    • T2: Any successful form submit with a corresponding lead-related form title (e.g. Info Request), lead related UX action / widget name, or hit to the form submission confirmation page

    • T3: Successful form submit with a form title of ‘eprice,’ a lead related UX action or widget name, or hit to the form submission confirmation page

    • Note that lead submissions from Adobe Analytics are really “Lead Form Submissions” and are tracked by the form submits on the AoA or ACA site, not the actual leads as reported by Unite

Inventory (Cox Automotive)

  • Current data source remains Cox Automotive; we are in the discovery process for migrating our feed to utilize JD Power

  • Used to display pricing, as well as days on lot, day’s supply and related inventory metrics
